Govt asked to explain failure to stop fatwa

A 14 year old girl was raped by her 40 year old relative. Some kind of fatwa was declared by her village, and they decided that she should get 100 lashes. She fell unconscious after 80, and the 14 year old girl died.

Say what you want, these fuckers don't operate by the same rules as us. If we engage with them, we need to kill them until it's over. We are not prepared to do this, so we need to leave them alone and come back home.
