Default Easing Inflation 'Likely To Be Temporary
According to recent news in UK fuel costs and lowering in air fare costs seems to be good news for the consumer but the economist warned that it is temporary. This can hurt consumer sentiments as the demand is highly pulled by the inflation.

When the amount of money in the system rises in a market where there is high amount of money chasing low number of goods and services, the prices of those goods and services rise as goods. Increasing bond supply creates more money in the system, and results in inflation and high interest rates.

Between March and April A steep drop in transport costs, particularly air fares which declined 6.4pc which led the fall – the first in seven months. And the only significant upward came from food and non-alcoholic beverages, where prices rose 0.7pc.but still this is temporary and cant be said that it can help to raise consumers sentiments.

Yes I agreed BUT AT THE SAME time Economists had expected a slight dip to 2.7pc, as the prices of petrol lowered significantly and the level of drop was notable.. Although inflation is still expected to rise back towards 3pc and it looked unlikely to rise above 3pc at least until September.

This is true that the measures taken can ease inflation on the temporary basis but that can be taken as good news for families and businesses. Inflation is lowered by more than a half from its maximum value which is due to consistent action to help with the cost of living.
