The Supreme Court has given Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf August 8 as deadline for writing the letter to Swiss authorities to reopen cases against President Zardari in NRO implementation case.
According to local television channels, a five-judge bench of Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Ather Saeed heard the case.
Earlier during the hearing on July 4, the federation had submitted reply requesting the Supreme Court to review its July 12 order. The court had rejected the reply saying a plea instead of a reply was needed for the review of court’s order of July 12.
