US has hinted at offering apology for Salala attack by any 4-star American General.

According to Dunya News US has shown its willingness to apologise over the Salala attack, and has also requested Pakistani authorities to provide security to the NATO supply convoys. According to the sources Pakistan has demanded 2000 US dollars for each NATO truck.
Pakistan disallowed the NATO supplies through ground route and also got the Shamshi Airbase evicted from the US forces after the attack on a Pakistani military post at Salala on Nov 26, 2011.
Protesting over the incident the Pakistan government asked the US to apologise over the incident.
