RAHIM YAR KHAN: SHO has been suspended while case was registered against a sub-inspector among three police personnel under anti-terrorism act for allegedly torturing a youth here.

DPO Sohail Zafar while taking notice on Geo News report suspended the SHO Jam Manzoor for allegedly torturing a youth Muhammad Hussain, resident of Tehsil Khanpur, while registered a case against three police personnel including sub-inspector.

According to the Geo news report, police personnel had tortured Muhammad Hussain in City Police Station in Khanpur. Later police rushed an unconscious victim to Tehsil headquarter hospital for first aid treatment and then brought him back to police station.

Police arrested a sub-inspector while raids are being conducted to arrest other two police personnel. Muhammad Hussain has been shifted to hospital.
