Default US intrusion biggest challenge for Pakistan: Jamat-e-Islami
LARKANA: Amir Jamat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hassan on Tuesday said Washington's debate on issues of Balochistan amounted to meddling into the internal affairs of Pakistan and termed US intrusion as the biggest challenge for the country, Geo News reported.

He was addressing a public meeting at Jinnah Bagh Chowk in Larkana.

Munawar Hassan said Pakistan People's Party had received a major mandate in Sindh and it should have formed the government on its own without making Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) as its coalition partner.

The people of Sindh have been entrusting PPP with their mandate for the past 40 years but what they had got in return was more than their fair share of deprivations. This is why the people of Sindh should join us in our struggle for bringing a revolution, he added.

He said the inflation and corruption were together becoming a cause of increasing poverty among the people associated with agriculture.

Munawar Hassan said the most pressing need of today was to remove the deprivations of Balochistan people and to give them their fair share from the resource pool.
