Hassan said during search operation they reached a home of a woman Kiran Khadim, as she was living in a separate home. “We found nothing after thorough search but seconds before we were near to leave it Azam found a small piece of carpet was cut off and also we observed human blood on the said carpet. “We took the woman into custody and interrogated her, who later confessed to kill the man besides revealing other aspects of the case,” he added.
According to the investigation, the deceased was a motors mechanic and had been living in a rented room of Kiran Khadim where he developed illicit relation with the woman. However he started blackmailing her, which forced her to commit such heinous crime.
