Chief Minister Punjab, talking to media at Lahore airport, said Punjab government has excused federation to cooperate on imposition of RGST, adding that we would not support any move by government to multiply burden of tax on poor masses, Geo News reported.

He said chief of PML-N Nawaz Sharif had earlier clarified that Punjab government would not accept imposition of RGST given the prevailing economic condition of a common man.

He urged federation to enhance resources first before making any such big decision.
