It is my honor to announce the official launch of the 2011 After LiveDaily Member Awards today. For those who are not aware, the After LiveDaily Awards were once a Christina Aguilera forum exclusive awards show honoring and celebrating the best of the best posts, drama, and members of the year. The winners each get a specially designed state of the art avatar to wear with their category and name engraved into it...along with the praise, glory, and respect coming from the masses!

Today we will begin the shortlisting process, whereby members who think they have what it takes to be recognized at this year's ceremony will submit their names via PM to Bern!ce of Prey

For example:

Member X writes to Bern!ce of Prey --

Dearest Bern!ce,
I think that I am worthy of garnering a nomination in the follow categories: blah blah blah...



There is no maximum number of categories a user can choose to participate in, but do keep in mind however that receipts/proof must be provided whenever it is necessary. For example, do not submit your name for Best Post of the year if you cannot locate the post to attach as proof that you deserve a spot on the official shortlist.

It will then be up to the aLDelite --a pre-chosen Illuminati-based academy consisting of an equal representation of posters from various segments of the forum-- to filter down the shortlist to a minimum of 12 members per category. From this point forward, the after LiveDaily members themselves will determine the official set of nominees, narrowing down the shortlisted competitors from 12 to 4 per category. Note that we will be competing with other aLD subforums this year, as the awards will welcome participating from EVERY aLD forum. I'm looking at yew Willa Ford stans!

There will also be a lifetime recognition award for the member who has had the most significant achievement in the field of excellence.

The timeline for the awards are as follows...

April 8th: Shortlist revealed; nominations process begins
April 18th: Nominations revealed (by a special guest!)
April 20th: Nominations Tinychat luncheon (hosted by Tinychat)
May 2nd: The 2011 After LiveDaily Awards @8PM So if you plan on being nominated, make sure to submit yourself in whichever categories you think you have a shot at making before midnight on April 6th! to Bern!ce of Prey
