Here we've got two liberal Dems backing a much-hated GOP president's tax policies and actually admitting---probably for the first time ever---that raising taxes is bad for the economy. Pinch me.

In the current situatiion, if it comes to raising taxes for everyone or no one, then it's the right move. The news comes though because the rest of the party couldn't get its act together. Seeing Pelosi go wouldn't have been such a bad thing, honestly. I have a little more respect for Reid.
