I was just watching a Senate hearing on the Health Care bill. Sen. Jim Bunning has totally lost it. Slurring his words, threatening the witness and at times seemingly not knowing what was going on around him. Either he was drunk or he has some kind of severe health/mental problem. Good thing he's retiring. Let's hope he doesn't do something outrageous before January.
