Default George Soros clan to throw fancy-schmancy swanky wedding for Chelsea Clinton
Oh, wow.

Of course, enquiring minds want to know all about Chelsea Clinton's big wedding this weekend. Everybody who's anybody will be there...except for Conservatives. Rumor mill has it that the whole she-bang is costing somewhere north of $2 million. $11,000 for the wedding cake alone! I'll bet a lot of average everyday working people will be invited. *Cough*

Hey, I've got an idea, libs. Why don't we redistribute some of Chelsea's wedding cash? I mean, how big of wedding do you need? Let's redistribute that money so poor girls can have swanky weddings too. It's just not fair that Chelsea gets all this lavish attention.

Chelsea's day: What we

Chelsea Clinton's big day is right around the corner.

Rumored details of the wedding of former first daughter Chelsea Clinton to longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky have been leaking out in the press for weeks, from what food will be served to what the bride will wear to what songs guests will dance to. And here, we’ve put them all in one place! (Much of the speculation, we’re sure, will shake out as fact, but the Clinton’s have confirmed few details beyond the date.) Herewith, find POLITICO’s round-up of what we know — and don’t know for sure — about the wedding of President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s daughter.

Date and Location:

One thing we do know for sure: this coming Saturday, July 31, is the big day, because the Clinton’s confirmed that fact on Tuesday. And, though the wedding site has not been announced by the family, pictures have appeared online of large, white tents being set-up on the grounds of the Astor Courts estate in Rhinebeck, N.Y.

The area paper, The Hudson Valley News, has also reported that gifts have been pouring into Rhinebeck, as have many trucks, one carrying large air-conditioning units and generators.

The rehearsal dinner is reportedly taking place at the nearby Grasmere, a 525-acre estate boasting a Federal-period manor house with formal gardens, stucco guest cottages and a large stone barn complex. Another area manse rumored to be serving the family over the weekend will be Glenburn, where the Clintons are said to be staying over the weekend. Glenburn is the Rhinebeck home of Eric and Andrea Colombel. Andrea Colombel is the daughter of billionaire financier and longtime Clinton supporter George Soros.

How can you say it's a bad thing that dozens of small businesses are getting some much-needed business from this wedding? Caterers, bakers, florists, event staff, planners, party rental shops, drivers, valet services, everyone involved with the reception entertainment, hotels, security, all the local stores that everyone will buy their supplies from.

If the wedding does indeed cost a couple of million, that's a couple million that's getting pumped into the economy.

Oh, wait, you operate from a place of hate, not a place of ideas or solutions. Forgot who I was dealing with for a moment there.
