Whatever one feels about the man's political views, it's difficult to argue his commitment to his country, his state, and Congress. RIP.

Sad, very sad. But, he was very old and his health was failing more and more.

This is all they are talking about on my local news. It seems Manchin may not be able to appoint someone, there may have to be a special election, its all rather confusing.
