2. IN THE CASE OF DIVIDENDS THEY HAVE BEEN TAXED TWICE ALREADY, ONCE WHEN YOU MADE THE MONEY YOU INVESTED AND WHEN THE CORP MADE PROFITS THEY WERE TAXED AGAIN.

3. LOW OR NO TAXES ON INVESTMENT INCOME WOULD ENCOURAGE IVESTMENTS AND CREATE JOBS.

If a business pays corp income tax and the pays dividends the person getting them has to pay tax on that too. When the money they bought the stock with has aready been taxed at least once maybe 2 and 3 times.
