Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal refuses to implement Obamacare despite Supreme Court ruling
The Supreme Court upheld President Barack Obama's health care law on Thursday, but Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, a possible Republican vice presidential contender who has refused to establish a federally mandated health care exchange in his state, said Friday that he will continue to ignore it. "We're not going to start implementing Obamacare," Jindal said during a conference call with Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell. "We're committed to working to elect Gov. to repeal Obamacare." |

Bobby Jindal can refuse to comply all he wishes, but the bottom line is that it's individual taxpayers who will be penalized for not complying with Obamacare.
Personally, I can't afford to comply with the mandate, nor can I afford the penalty (oh, my bad! the "tax"), so where does that leave people like me? If you really think this will make insurance prices come down, you really are an idiot. |

this entire obamacare bullshit is a poorly concealed attempt to implement government controlled socialized medicine where some half ass civil servant with the intelligence of a toad will be deciding if you get a knee replacement or not.
Its bullshit, bullshit, bullshit------obama must be voted out or the US is over. |
