Ancient chinese proverb: There are two seasons in Michigan... Winter & Construction.

They are ripping up CONCRETE ROADS to replace them with ASPHALT... ASPHALT! How fucking dumb is that? It will last 2 years!
I don't live in Detroit, I live in Oakland County in the Suburbs but there's construction going on all over the Tri-County Area.

I've half a mind to break the law: get snow tires and rip the fucking asphalt out of the ground.
