But, generally speaking, No Market Controls = Costs DON'T GET CONTROLLED AT ALL..

So, it will probably be a waste of time to even read it.. I may give it a look just so I can criticize it later.

Nowhere, in that article, or in any of the others I've read, does it actually show that private prisons are more expensive.

And even if it did, it wouldn't be surprising, because you're often dealing with a monopoly situation.

Prison corporations should bid against each other for the contracts, or the inmates, whatever.
