Default Idiot Boomers and their retarded solutions... gimmiegimmiegimmie...
One logical way to deal with the crisis of funding Social Security and Medicare is to have more workers per retiree, and the simplest way to do that is to allow more immigrants into the United States... Immigration reform and entitlement reform have a lot to do with one another.

http://www.csmonitor.com/Business/Ro...-Medicare-woes

Boomer logic: Let's flood the US with illegal spics to keep the ponzi scheme going..

As long as I get mine, I don't care about anyone else.

That is exactly what is happening. Not to mention the fact that the vast majority of these fine "immigrants" will eventually vote for a government that controls every aspect of their lives.
What career politician wouldn't want an electorate of dumb slaves?

No kidding.. Who in the fascist nexus that runs this country doesn't long for the same?

It could backfire, though.. The boomers are an OVERWHELMINGLY WHITE group.

It would be interesting to see if a bunch of low wage, low skill, spics will be willing to support the retirement of a bunch of old white people once they're in control politically..

That's quite a burden we're talking about here.. You think Jose the roofer, who came here illegally in search of more $$$$, will vote to sustain this?

One potential aspect of this that might not be so bad is.. I can't imagine Jose will have much interest in Israel or nation building. Jose comes from a place that subsidizes tortillas.. Cause that's all he cares about. Himself.

So, he's a bit like the boomers in this regard.

Further still.. How many low wage, low skill Jose types will it take to support the boomers? I mean, you can only get so much blood from a turnip that small..

Squeeze him too hard and he might revolt..

Which would be funny as hell.. They replace themselves with a bunch of people who see them as spoiled, selfish snots.. and refuse to fund their largess.. lol.

Ya know.. Jose MIGHT want to keep his little wage.. and he MIGHT think the boomers just need to scale back their expectations..

And by the time you import enough Jose to pay for the boomers benefits.. It means they've lost the political clout that has kept them on top.

The more I look at this.. It doesn't seem like a very good bet from any angle.

But it's a simple concept.. The boomers will find that attractive. They're into simple things..

Andrew Yuengert who conducted statistical analysis suggests "Immigrants from countries with high self-employment rates have higher than average self employment in the US. And that immigrant s tend to concentrate in states with progressive tax codes, which may act as incentives to pursue self-employment, with its greater opportunities for tax avoidance. Yuengert 's research found that these two factors account for 62% of immigrant self-employment participation.

http://www.rapidimmigration.com/1_en...ion_facts.html They want the liberals benefits.. They just don't want to pay for them..

LOL! Sure, let's flood the country with spics..

I posted an article here the other day that showed how a "certain group" of people are already working to manipulate spics for this very reason.

Orlly? I missed that..

Where is it?

Another factor is: How much CAN you tax an economy and a people that's bogged down with liberalism and their endless sea of programs and subsidies..

Jose LOVES a subsidy.. They subsidize tortillas to keep him under control in Mehico. He has no problem with big government..

So, while they're looking to Jose as a tax revenue ATM.. He's looking at fedgov the same way..

What will they net from an economy and a workforce Jose quickly ties down like Gulliver?

Cries of "HEY! WE NEED THAT MONEY" might be met with laughter..

You know, because the boomers have assets and lived pretty high on the hog compared to Jose..

Why would he place their well being above his own?

This is going to fail hard.. They should be importing doctors and techie types from India..

But they can't do that and ignore Jose.. Because it's gone on for so long (Thanks BOOMERS! ) he's now a demographic force to be reckoned with.

You might get more out of him than Jose.. Reich is a rich dude..

What they propose with Jose is creating ghettos.. Those SUCK taxpayer money.. They don't generate it.

Jose isn't assimilating.. The prospects for shipping in a bunch of spics don't look good..

The United States as the great "melting pot" has become a myth. The reality is that there is a continued geographic concentration of minority groups in certain regions and in specific metropolitan areas. This holds true especially for Hispanics and Asians, who tend to enter the US through "gateway cities" such as Los Angeles and New York and then remain there.

So you agree that what he says is true but you feel guilty admitting it?

Of course the political benefit goes without saying.. The libs would win a permanent victory, and small government conservatism would go down to permanent defeat.

Which might not be a completely bad thing.. It hasn't delivered and it deserves to die as a result.

Liberalism, meanwhile, has delivered massively.. Their proponents have many accomplishments to boast.

Small Government Conservatives? Not so much..

As has been demonstrated repeatedly.. There simply aren't many small government types in daily life.

There's no support for reigning in entitlements in the Republican party.. Let alone anywhere else.

Everybody wants their subsidy.. and they want all the costs associated with it to be socialized..

This would cement that victory in place.

It would only be a temporary victory. Socialism has failed everywhere it's been tried and we will be no exception.
