your continual attacks on every GOP candidate except the one who has no chance certainly makes you look like an obamabot. How do you think destroying the GOP helps rid us of the cancer called obama?

your insults just confirm your inadequacies in the debate of the issues.
As if I would be afraid to admit I was an Obama supporter?

Is that your claim?

Get. Fucking. Real.

FUCK your GOP candidates, Rocat. Fuck 'em in the neck.

So? Does anybody think instituting a gov't run healthcare program is a wise decision?

I sure don't.

Avoid and obfuscate. And repeat.

You're a fucking douchebag.
So, if you were elected to represent the people of a state, you would give them a big fuck you when you don't agree with them? Aren't you elected to support the wishes of the majority of your constituents? Or are you happy with being a dictator?

GOVERNOR....

NOT ALL STATE GOVERNORS HAVE THE SAME POWER.

"GOVERNOR" IMPLIES A REGULATOR.... SOMETHING

LIKE A JUDGE IN A JURY TRIAL.

I would be honest when running, in the first place.

And yes, they would get the "big fuck you", if I disagreed. Then they could vote me out.

Do you want to elect a robot who bends to the will of the people and has no personal convictions?!?!?

First of all, we all know that states have the right to establish a gov't health system. It's perfectly lawful.

So let's not waste our time arguing about that. We are in agreement.

That being said, I am of the opinion that when you allow the free market to work naturally, you will get both better care and more affordable care.

So I inherently have a philosophical problem with any type of gov't healthcare schemes.

And I therefore have a disagreement with Mitt on this. I have to question his qualifications, if he believes that a state-run healthcare system is capable of trumping the free market.

This is a huge issue for me.
Yeah, it's terrible. It's what the people thought they wanted, but it's terrible. Jonah Goldberg had a good article today about his time as governor, and what kind of governor he is. It was an interesting take.

IF YOU HAVE A DESPOTIC GOVERNOR,

YOU HAVE NO NEED OF A LEGISLATURE OR OF A JUDICIARY.

I think that the above is a very true and insightful statement.

He's a winner. He can accomplish things. But with no foundation, that becomes, potentially, a very scary thing.

Federal. NO. State, I don't mind it.

In fact, I still don't understand why these state programs weren't reformed, perhaps used as a model, before they even talked about going federal with it. All of them, on some level are run amok with corruption, fraud, and many fall over budget, so why not start there? They're going to hand it over to the same incompetent fucks?

All we've heard for decades is that health care needs reform. Mandating, isn't reform. Not on any level. Not from the cost of a bandage, to the cost of a MRI, or the cost of cancer treatment. Even if Obama care isn't repealed, it will be a major disaster. Maybe not right away. But eventually it will, because nothing was repaired that was broken in the first place.

Baby! It's a bad idea at the state level, too!

It. Does. Not. Work.

Only because they're not run the way the private sector is.

That's what I'm saying; that they're turning it over to the same fucks that can't efficiently run it on a state level. That's not reform. It's never going to work. Not for the long haul.

And no, I don't mind those that truly need it (children especially) getting state provided health care.

Yes, I can see how it could be. Maybe he'll remember that he owes Republicans for electing him, maybe he won't. He sure as shit won't shill for higher taxes nor will he sic the EPA on businesses. He'll be just fine.
