Who hired him to begin with? Was he overweight then? Why call him names and degrade him when she could have simply cut his hours or something. There are many ways that employers can get rid of employees legally. She sounds like a nasty bitch and needed a whipping post. A new company (owner) bought the business....and the staff stayed. We had a thread a couple weeks ago, about how some businesses are FORCED to retain staff, in buy outs. Could be that? |
