An immediate, Conservative mandate to control immigration, privatize and streamline education (Making it cheaper and better, removing the bias and indoctrination) & encourage strong families... Perhaps reduce federal incentives for a marriage failure.

That's fine...but they wouldn't be able to vote themselves a raise...or have a voice in government. If you choose to be a permanent ward of the state then you have abrogated your right to have a say in it's implementation, IMO...and then the niggerlovers wouldn't get into office in the first place.
