Personally..I think San Franciso is one of the coolest places I have ever seen...but that's just one person's opinion

Prop 13 was passed in 1978. They've had 32 years to learn to live with it. That excuse doesn't fly with the whiny teachers union in my mom's school district, it sure as fuck won't fly with a moron like you who doesn't even know what the proposition was about.
