Reagan would be at the top, Nixon would be the second best, Clinton would be third best, Obama would be at the bottom, W would be the second worst, FDR would be third worst, and Carter would be fourth worst.

Here's where my criticism comes in: you rank FDR has one of the best? What are you a sadomasochistic?

Most historians rank FDR highly, and rightfully so. My grandfather's farm went bankrupt in the depression/dust bowl era thanks to the boneheaded laissez faire policies of Coolidge and Hoover that thought pure capitalism could solve all our woes. FDR came along with the New Deal and grand dad was able to get a decent paying job with the WPA. He worked hard and could feed his family instead of starving. FDR also helped unions grow so that workers had collective bargaining power. This is what grew the middle class and helped create America's prosperity. A strong middle class is what we're all about. However, today's fascists (the Republicans) want to dismantle all that. They're turning us into just another third-world mud hole with a tiny number of extremely rich and a lot of dirt poor.

FDR also presided over our defeating (in an alliance) the fascists in Europe and imperial Japan. (Truman had to finish, of course.)

FDR was one of our greatest presidents. I nearly ranked him above Lincoln. Those of you ranking him lowly are in disagreement with nearly all historians. Here's an article on it. Most of the polls of historians shown in it rank FDR 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. I give him second place only because Lincoln was so great.
