Let me see if I understand this, maybe I am missing something.

Obama named the CEO of GE as his Jobs Czar/Adviser.

The CEO of GE has sent GE jobs overseas to China and across the border to Mexico.

Obama has came up with a plan to keep jobs in this nation that does not require his own jobs czar to bring those GE jobs back to the U.S.
