“Rob was in the wrong place doing the wrong thing, but the punishment didn’t fit the crime,” Sue Fox said afterward. “I can’t excuse his actions, but he didn’t deserve to be executed.” The exact amount of the award was $269,500, for factors such as loss of companionship and loss of future earnings. The family will also be awarded some of the costs associated with the more than yearlong legal battle. Come from Yogoslavia.....get hooked on meth.....rob a bunch of shit.....die during a robbery......sue the business owner. American Justice. Pathetic. |

You have got to be fucking kidding me Yea, a meth head...... His 'daughter' sued (via his parents).....put on a sad show about how the little girl will be denied a father now. ......I guess I should cry, but it seems like a Meth head, isn't that great of a father anyway, and the little girl is BETTER off now. IMO |

http://www.gazette.com/articles/jury...rglar-lot.html A man kicks down the door to your home, strangles your kids, rapes your wife, stabs you in the stomach a dozen times, grabs the tv and heads out the door. You try to stop him. You get sued and end up in court. British justice. Best in the world. You betcha. |
