This is interesting reading.. they're a little off, because they're leftists... But, on balance, they don't sound like snarling, unionized wackos this time out.
They're talking about concepts like advancing unions through profit sharing agreements - Meaning, union excess cuts into their own pockets as much as it does management. And dumping the old "I hate YOU!" relationship between management and labor. Additionally, they want to draw distinctions between companies, and show support for companies (Even Walmart, their arch nemesis) that are investing in the US and in US jobs. On the whole and considering, it's a surprising read. Of course (Being leftists, ya know) they JUST CAN'T RESIST that little tweak at government to "educate" the workforce and shape the economy.. It's a leap too far for them to support letting people do what they want and think is profitable. They have to be nudged a little from uncle sham.
