Exec Order Roo1.

As of today Same Sex partnerships have ALL rights and privaleges as Heterosexual Marriages. The term "Marriage" shall be reserved for heterosexual couples, but there will be NO discrimination in Rights, including Insurance.

Any heterosexual may marry someone of legal age, of the opposite sex.

Any homosexual may marry someone of legal age, of the opposite sex.

That seems pretty equal to me.

President Roo would make ALL policies portable.....everything could move about the Nation....no "IN" Network, or "OUT" of Network.

There would be a Gov Option....but no "mandate".

Birth Control, i.e. pills and preventative measures would be covered by ALL policies.

Abortions would not.

ALL Companies would as they can now submit their coverages and premium structures to the States to be approved by the respective Commissoners.

Differing tiers of coverage.

I'd be on board with all that. Although I'm pro-choice, I don't believe elective abortions should be covered on insurance policies. I think the portability thing is huge. Some states have very few options which keeps the rates ridiculously high. Competition would lower prices and offer more options.
