The number of Americans who believe the federal government should assume financial responsibility for the long-term unemployed has increased throughout 2011. Most, however, still reject that approach.

Unemployment is going to remain high through the election. It's a mathematical certainty at this point... but a "New WPA" would make those numbers drop considerably. "Just hire them all and make it go away! We don't have any other policy ideas! All we know how to do is spend money!" |

If Obama isn't elected, it's because he's completely unoriginal and doesn't have a basic, working knowledge of the world around him.. Or even of the country he's (ostensibly) a product of.
As an executive, the man is effectively no more capable than many members of this forum.. Despite his credentials.. Or, perhaps because of them.. |
