Default Romney Already Talking VP Picks
At a fundraiser yesterday, Former Massachusetts Governor and current contender for the GOP presidential nomination Mitt said his short list for the Vice President is "[Virginia Governor Bob] McDonnell, Governor [Chris] Christie of New Jersey and [Senator] Marco Rubio of Florida." Obviously Mr. is trying to boost the appeal of his candidacy with the many conservatives who find his record lacking, but this premature discussion of a running mate might have the opposite effect.

He won't.

GW and HCR positions will cause him to fail.

He'd better not.

It's a strategy. He's trying to get out in front of everyone.. And I doubt two of the three would even let Mitt carry their bags up to the room.

It won't work. He just looks like a pretentious dick.

Again..

Would you vote for a Mexican descendant Carole?

Like Mitt, the Mexican s are descendants of Miles Park , who came to the Chihuahua desert in 1885 seeking refuge from U.S. anti-polygamy laws. He had four wives and 30 children, and on the rocky banks of the Piedras Verdes River, he and his fellow Mormon pioneers carved out a prosperous settlement beyond the reach of U.S. federal marshals. He was Mitt’s great-grandfather. http://www.washingtonpost.com/politi...XVI_story.html

Of course he should be talking VP picks, he's OBVIOUSLY going to be the nominee, thank God. ANYONE else is party suicide. Good picks.

Also, 's a very smart, informed, astute guy. He knows he's most likely gonna be the nominee, HENCE THESE TALKS.

Logic, rationality, reason, intelligence, all on his side, his chances, etc.
