Default What Was Halperin's Real Sin?
During MSNBC's Morning Joe program this morning, political analyst Mark Halperin was asked his opinion of President Barack Obama's criticism of Republicans during yesterday's news conference. Mr. Halperin's response earned him an indefinite suspension from the network and prompted abject apologies from both MSNBC and the analyst himself. But exactly what did Mr. Halperin do wrong?

I don't think it was the expletive he used. Probably politics and the fact that the election games are on.

Mr. Halperin followed that with an official statement of his own: "I completely agree with everything in MSNBC’s statement about my remark. I believe that the step they are taking in response is totally appropriate. Again, I want to offer a heartfelt and profound apology to the President, to my MSNBC colleagues, and to the viewers. My remark was unacceptable, and I deeply regret it." .................................................. ......

He violated the rules of the state controlled media. No one is allowed to have an opinion or express it if it disagrees with the talking points given to all media people each morning.

and NO ONE is to say anything negative about the kenyan messiah at any time--on air or off
