Didn't we try to transfer to the metric system in the 70's?
I think they tried to phase it in. If you're going to do it though, go cold turkey. That way people will be forced to learn it ( I know goddam librul, forcing things on people). Then we wouldn't have to rely on those conversion tables or figure out if celcius to farenheit is +32 times 1.8 or -32 divided by 1.8 or something like that. It would be much quicker. |
