Think about our allies. Notice how they want us to pull into a war like Iraq. The moment we go in they start to pull out troops. By then we are stuck in a quagmire we can't win without the support of them. In fact, they are worse for us because we wouldn't be in that kind of war if it wasn't for their whining. They should be our enemies unless the resources they supply with us outrun our war demand. If we conquer them:

1. We don't have to put up with bad morale.
2. We can have their resources to ourselves.

It's a win-win, in fact.
