I heard Germany was cutting its armed force size. I beleive there should be major reformations in the NATO organization. No it isn't obsolete. It serves a great purpose for Europe and the United States to unite during a time of war. There needs to be more members. The more members, the less likely we will be challenged by other war nations, if we please. At that time we can afford to cut budgets even more.
