Worker burnout warnings spread across World Economic Forum DAVOS, Switzerland – After a brutal four days of world leaders' speeches, schmoozing and wild parties, exhausted global delegates at the World Economic Forum were warned of the growing dangers of burnout for society. Economic turmoil, round-the-clock communication and constant social pressure to succeed have led to a costly increase in stress-related illness and burnout, a panel of experts told a packed session in the Swiss ski resort of Davos. "In the future, the greatest challenge to the global health system will be stress-related diseases," __________________________________________________ ________ None of this has to do with government stealing their livelihoods through a thousand tiny cuts.. None of it relates in any way to taxing them into poverty.. Or building inflation that threatens to do the same.. Crushing their savings and making food and energy unaffordable. Nothing remotely tied to government intransigence or corruption.. You know, like selling families down the river to rent seeking cronies. No.. It's just "stress related" illness. Happens randomly.. No cause for it. |

I'm surprised you guys have any concern for the little guy. I had just assumed your only obsession was worshiping the dicks of the rich. Something I've noticed: Liberals tend to focus on things like "Income inequality" Conservatives lean more towards equal opportunity... As we believe it's impossible to guarantee equal outcomes. I mean, even the Soviets couldn't do that.. So, no.. If government is picking winners and losers and cheating the proverbial "little guy" out of opportunity, then it's a conservative issue AFAIAC. |
