Default Foreclosure moratoriums..
Interesting claim here that they are now politically motivated.. Not by the plight of the underwater homeowners themselves, but because the banks can no longer handle the sheer volume of foreclosures and WANT moratoriums.

I think this is a ploy to stop market conditions.

they do not want any of this shit hiting the market and drive prices down.

Only wages are allowed to fall, while you are forced to pay increasing pricies.

they are trying to jew you.

and they will cheat to keep prices high.

I'm for anything that takes power out of the hands of the banks, who are the biggest criminals of all and should all be thrown in jail.

Boohoo, poor banks, with record profits this year.

They cut so many corners on the foreclosers, and now they can't handle the volume. The banks as a general rule aren't interested in working with people, so fuck em. It's typical welfare crap. If you're current, they wont work with you, you have to be two or three months behind before they'll work with you.
