The Associated Press: State lawmakers preparing citizenship legislation

PHOENIX (AP) — Lawmakers in at least 14 states are collaborating on proposed legislation to deny U.S. citizenship to children of illegal immigrants, according to lawmakers, including the sponsor of Arizona's 2010 law targeting illegal immigration.

The 14th amendment says that if you are born here you are american. I don't care for the 14th amendment and would like to see it repealed, but as long as it exists, and we have 3 1/2 jews on the supreme court, along with a jungle bunny, the states can do what they want, it won't make a difference. And if the 14th amendment were to be repealed, then fedgov would still make the citizenship rules, like it did before.
