Well, I meant that the population that I'm observing (the Fremont South Asians) is mostly made of nerdy Engineer girls simply because of the prominent industry in the area. It wouldn't be a good sample to generalize an entire race by.

Yeah there were quite a few pakistani's in my Area in central valley. There was a mosque too, where mostly Pakistani's frequented, and few muslim schools out there.

There was also a sikh Temple about 10 miles away from my house In lodi.

Well, I agree with you there to some extent. Although, San Jose, has more of the "hot" and "cute" types in my opinion. Although, I wouldn't really call South Asians as a "race" in themselves. I don't actually by "race" from a biological standpoint anyways but that's a completely different story.


Anyways, I still think there are more Sikhs up further north than Pakistanis. I've actually not encountered many Pakistanis around here other than a few of my sister's friends.

Indian women are the hottest after Euro women imo (just 'cause I like having everyone in neat categories ;P). They seem very feminine and traditional too. That might just be an outsiders misinformed opinion though.

I havent seen that many attractive Indian women the US. But in Trinidad, the Indo-Trinis were absolutley beautiful. Like Gugnir said, very feminine with that Caribbean "spice", compared to the more Traditional East Indian in the US.

I think there are more South Asians up in Norcal so that could be it. More extremely attractive girls up here as well as less than average just because of sheer number. Your tastes also probably have something to do with. Indo-Trinis are definitely quite different than your average Indian American. It's not just about traditional vs. Caribbean culture either in my opinion. There are plenty of westernized and liberal South Asians in the US.

I've noticed the differences. Indo Trinis have a bit more "swagger" in general compared to the Indian Americans over here in So Cal.

I went to a university in california, so i've had the pleasure of being in classes with many indian women.

Hot or Ugly, im more impressed their intellect. a lot of Asians just seem to be there for monetary gain alone. They never talk in class nor do they seem to care about the topics at all. Indian girls( and men) always added "something" to the discussion. they were generally interested in discussing politics, the arts and social issues. it made those GE classes much more interesting. I know im over generalizing, but Indians seem more well-rounded than other Asians. More capable of leadership. i think thats why we see more of them leading the big companies (coke a cola etc..) now rather that eastern asians.
