I live close to Fremont CA, which is almost an Epicenter for the American Indian population.

I've noticed that Indian Girls come in two types.

1) a Frizzy-haired Australiod looking Engineer with no fashion Sense and a peculiar sent

2) A drop-dead Gorgeous (8 to 10 out of 10) Business woman or Accountant who is so exotic and good looking that everyone is afraid to talk to her.

There's no Girl Next Door Indian-- An approachable "cute" girl with a nice smile and pleasant, but not Intimidating physical features.

I'm a wrong about this? or are there "Cute" Indian girls. When I was in college my Calc 2 professor was a "Cute" Indian girl, but that's the only one I've ever met. that's 1 out of the 100 thousand or so that live out here. It's definitely not a bell curve.

Maybe my standards are low, but many of those girls are Too hot to be "cute". The first 2 are in the "cute" range though.

1. Depends on your definition of cute. South Asians are pretty diverse. You might certain girls more cute and others hot. I'm not sure on the exact ethnic (Punjabis, Gujarati, Tamil, etc.) concentrations in Fremont.

2. Depends on the personality type of South Asian girls that are in Fremont. I'm in the Bay Area so I know Fremont and Cupertino are stereotyped as highly competitive and academic areas with large proportions of South Asians and East Asians. It seems to correlate to some extent with how girls dress/appearance to some extent. Most of the South Asian and East Asian girls in these two cities would be stereotyped as "nerds" for being focused on academics. Hence, less likely to give as much attention to looks or appearance.

3. Depends on you definition of hot and cute. Perhaps, South Asian girls features make them more "hot" rather "cute" for you.

There is this pretty cute Indian girl in my bio class. Cool person too. I was surprised to learn she was Indian though, she did not fit the stereotype I held for Indians.

are you kidding me? Indian women for me are one of the most attractive groups. Rarely I see ugly ones. Much more European women I see ugly than pretty.

Selection bias. That's definitely something to consider, but I did live in Central Valley for a long time. There are plenty of south Asians in Sacramento and Stockton as well. although I would say I encountered more Pakistanis out there, I can't say it was any different.

Well, I meant that the population that I'm observing (the Fremont South Asians) is mostly made of nerdy Engineer girls simply because of the prominent industry in the area. It wouldn't be a good sample to generalize an entire race by.
