It strikes me that Negroids are highly regarded in the UK, particularly with the under 30 demographic. Black people are regarded as being the height of cool, and one could go as far to say being aqainted with black people is deemed to elevate your status. Certainly in my experience at school, the negros were generally very popular and the sort of people everyone flocked to. You could be sure if one of the blacks entered the room, he would make himself the centre of attention.
Also, the more they speak in their stereotypical black creole language the more popular and endearing to people they seem to be. |

Black culture almost doesn't exist in the west as they have very succesfully intergrated into our culture, which is why racism against blacks is almost non-existant. |

As far as the United States, personally, I see "black culture" as aspiring for other racial groups as a sign of rebelling against mainstream Western European and White American culture. On the account most of the fans of the rap and hip hop culture tends to be suburban whites. Another account because throughout the centuries, whether successful or unsuccessful is up to individual opinion, it seems to me that generally blacks and whites got along as much as oil and water mixes together.
