 Ceuta and Mellila
I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this question. How different is Ceuta and Mellila from the rest of Spain-especially Andalusia. Is it more North African culturally and racially, or more Spanish?

Probably more Spanish, because it is controlled by them and has periodically been established by Spain for 500+ years, first forts and then towns. But it may be a North African sphere of influence.

I have been there it's like any other Spanish small city or big village with the difference that almost half of its inhabitants are moors from verious regions of Morocco
 Ceuta

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this question. How different is Ceuta and Mellila from the rest of Spain-especially Andalusia. Is it more North African culturally and racially, or more Spanish? these are two muslim from Ceuta,when i visited Ceuta most girls in high school were like them     they even go to Discos  and some of them dye their hair and dress like Spanish "chonis"    and then there's the typical daughter of a narco  muslim guys generally dress very "ghtetto"

They are autonomous cities off/along the coast of Morocco, Africa but part of Spain. I was curious if they were unique enough to warrant a visit, or if they were similar to other cities in nearby Andalusia. |

^Maybe. I've been to many parts of Iberia before, but never to any of Africa. Since I'm a little nervous about traveling to Morocco, I thought I might get a good taste of Morocco by visiting these presumably safe cities. After seeing what some of the other guys above wrote, I guess it would be much more worthwhile to see actual Moroccan cities (and my scaredy cat side be damned!).
