Actually…. not really I didn't grow up with other Nigerians. My household is very Nigerian as well, but MY Naijaness comes from my talks with my mother (half Nigerian/Sierra leonean) and mainly my own research. All of my close friends are West Indian Filipino, or African American, or White American. What Nigerian ethnicity do you descend from, if you don't mind my asking? |

Anioma. but we are Enuani not Igbo. Our region was never part of Biafra And our Language isn't the same, and our Traditions and food differs as well as heritage, My mom understands some colloquial Beni because of her language and some other tongues as well, its really jumbled up. But I love My Igbos though I definitely have more distant ancestry from there too. on at least my father's side Dominicans are significantly of Igbo descent I believe. My cousins' place is situated towards the border Anioma towns (towards Anambra/Onitsha, which is Igbo land). |

Yeah Delta is one of the more Heterogenous states in the country. Well Nigeria is the most ethnically diverse country in Africa, there is tons of heterogeneity |
