Wow, this guy in the video says when he was growing up in Haiti in the 60s and 70s, the population was 15-20% of Caucasian descent. Not sure if he's speaking of just whites or "mulattos" as well...

he was speaking of mixed race people who were half and or more than half Caucasian but he was including european and middle eastern descended Haitians and immigrants/migrants not just Haitian born citizens.
there was a time when Haiti was more diverse in a racial/ethnic sense and there was more migration from other nations of business element who were taking root in Haiti and in the process contributing to the cultural landscape.
it of course has changed.
