Friendliest: Canadians, Iranians, The Dutch, Vietnamese.

Least friendliest: Russians, Koreans, Arabs, Somalis, Chinese.

Everyone that I have met, in the real world, has generally been nice/kind to me. Those few that haven't, I regard on an individual basis rather then blame their race/nationality/etc. for it.

Agree with that , anybody who receive a good education is supposed to be polite even if that person is racist or something other. But with my personnal experience I noticed they are some ethnic group who are more friendly or less with peoples, it's probably a cultural thing. For example in France, they are some place where peoples wouldn't talk to you if you aren't from their town or region , me I'm northern france, when i go to southern france, they are some place where peoples are racist against everybody except peoples of their town, they are racist against other french too .

Stoners are the friendliest peoples of the world.

Friendly, perhaps because they are usually drugged out of their minds but it's different when they are not high. I used to hang out with them and smoke weed regularly, it was fun however I left that lifestyle months ago and I've noticed many benefits. I still have many stoner friends currently but I can see them regressing. They weren't achieving anything in their lives, they were set to be failures. Being a stoner beyond a certain age is detrimental though smoking weed now and then isn't such a bad idea. If one continues to be a stoner beyond age 20, they are posers. There are much more enjoyable and healthy activities to take part in other than being a worthless bum and getting high.

I admit the life-long chronics are definitely not working at full capacity. But stoners/hippies/outsider types are the most friendly, giving and least judge mental people I have ever come to know. They will gladly let you into their homes and share with you what little they have.

Friendliest: Mexicans
Mexicans are very friendly in Mexico when I visited I was surprised by it :P

Unfriendliest: Chinese.

Chinese are always the unfriendliest, I've met Russians who are super nice and Japanese too,
Chinese however appear to like to keep to themselves.

Southern French are more like basque, occitans... with a high amount of italians . Almost 50% of southern french have one italian in their family tree .

We just have the french language in common . But the regional languages in northern france are germanics, and in southern france are romane-occitan.

Middle: British, Germans.

The famous astronomer Carl Sagan (the fellow in Loxias' avatar) was quite a stoner from what I can gather, but of course he may be the exception rather than the rule.
