Koreans are Asians from the Far East, so no point in distinguishing them.
All fresh-of-the-boat East Asians cluster together and socialize within their national and language groups. Nothing surprising. North African diaspora like Somali do the same. So do various nationalities of Indians and other South Asians. The East Asian exception I would say is Filipino, who integrate more quickly, even the first generation ones, but that's probably because they are such a mixed culture and under heavy colonial influence. I don't think it is really down to race on this, but culture. I bet if you got a San tribesman from the bush, an Amazon native from the jungle, and someone from a tiny Eurasian tribe that has been holed up in the Himalayas for the past couple thousand years, they would all be lacking in conversational skills with modern people. |

I'd say far East Asians, I've heard though Somalis in the U.K. can be a pretty isolationist culture, but I doubt this holds true for their Ethiopian and Kenyan (Obama) neighbors.
I've seen Ghanaian culture compared to Japanese in ways, mainly in terms of "being honorable", but I don't know about them. To me, some Americans are medium, and after them all other foreigners and some Americans are somewhat shyer, East Asians are the silentest. |

My experience with many (but not all!) flemish guys and girls has been that when you start talking to them they first examine you like "how dangerous are you ? how trashy are you ? and especially wtf do u want from me?".
Flemish people live in Northern Belgium. Experience with typical dutch people is totally different though, they are way more social |

I put Jews because Orthodox Jews are among the most insular people out there, as for non-Orthodox Jews I think they vary greatly.
I find East Asians to be amenable to friendship when they are in small numbers, when there are tonnes of them around they will stick together. Blacks are pretty happy to be friendly with Whites (again, unless they are in a group or especially aggreived about something), although it is usually a process which involves the latter assuming the cultural affectations of the former (rap music etc). I don't see many Black rock fans, but I could have a skewed picture I suppose. |
