I don't know that there was a point in creating a new thread. I propose the mods merge this one with mine.

South Sudan seems ready to have a laissez-faire government that is friendly to business. If that business climate continues, I could easily see them becoming a (very) regional hub of commerce. Already, Juba has seen an explosion of foreign entrepreneurs from Kenya, Ethiopia, and Uganda looking to meet unfulfilled demand.
