I agree, racism is usually contributed to whites, with a between-the-lines message that other races are either untouched or justified with their racism. In fact its often the opposite, as among whites (at least some) there is a lot of consciousness about racism, while among some others racism is something natural and obvious, hence most difficult to spot. In other words, racism among whites, due to its pejorative character, is usually hidden, rationalised- and contrary to intention- visible, racism of other races is upfront, open and natural, so its labelled as something else- 'preference for own culture', 'traditionalism', ' conservatism' etc

In USA south europeans and Eastern europeans can be the most racist euros because they feel insecure so they have to insult mestizos to prove they are not the same. Chinese are very racist but japanese and koreans are always nice and cool. Vietnamese are racist but not often.

The media influence, some sort of colonial complex. Think about it, If you live in a town in rural china and you never seen a real blonde person in your life, yet many billboards are showing blonde women offering certain product, as a sort of mechanism to push certain ethnic profile as an Ideal. About the black thing I really dont know, might be a very old fashioned mentality where the poor used to work on fields and were more prone to tan compared to the rich who stayed indoors and where pale, they might link it with some sort of novelty

Yeah My uncle and aunt went to China, they are white looking and they said when they went to Rural places in China that for some reason they just come up and start taking pictures of them all over China. It's weird :P

I would agree, however not about level of racism, but its expressiveness. Its quite ordinary behaviour of people partially deprived. Probably the rate of racism among North-western Europeans is similar to eastern or southern Euro (I am speculating), but as you said, they dont have to prove, while others have to. Its like with immigrants, very often the most aggressive anti-immigrants are immigrants of the second generation. Or the most fanatical are the converts.

Similarily, I wouldnt think Japaneese are holier than Chinese (I am speculating again, I dont know numbers),

I think Its quite simple how billboards and media in general brainwash people to think what is beautiful and what is not, it goes beyond a exotic factor. I wonder how would be the same natives from rural areas reacting on black people..

Few world societies are accepting toward immigrants picked-off as "racial outsiders". Even fewer would allow such immigrants economic 'Opportunities'.

China, for example, may allow a lot of immigrants, but would any non-Chinese, non-Asian citizen ever become a First Class Citizen? Probably not… in the US, everybody potentially can become a First Class Citizen, based-upon loyalty to the US Constitution, philosophy, and founding ideology.

Yes It might appear less racist in the way people regardless of their skin color are more able to climb the ladder of the social classes. At the same time race plays a bigger role in the society than anywhere else, It seems that people keeps gathering based on their racial status, and there is segregation in most US big cities.

Gulf arab people are other group whom would act straight up racist as If its quite normal to them. I have heard/read from many pakistani and southeast asian workers who suffered strong racism while working over there.

LOL, Its darker people, specially south east asians, some arabs, south asians and latin americas (mixed ones) who usually feel themselvers lower than europeans.
Some people , specially those growing up in colonial societies usually link being white with goodlooking, wealth and richness, therefore they'd do anything to be included with the white label.

All the most diverse societies in the world have a white base, If whites/caucasians would be the most racist that'd be highly unlikely to happen. The non-euro diasporas in those cities are able to climb up easily the social ladder if they got good working skills and there is granted access to education for everybody else.

Take the case of gulf arabs, In dubai 99.99% of south asians do cheap labor and are treated in subhuman conditions, yet the city grows at incredible rapid scale and there are enough resources to improve those newcomers lifestyle.

Now who is more racist?
