I wonder in which places (and where) men shave/trim their bodies around the world.

The first time i heard about body shaving was when i had my first American girlfriend and she demand me to neat shave my my face and trim my 'area'. I hadn't have chest hair that time.

Do you think it is normal to a guy to shave his area?
What about his chest?
And legs?
And armpits? Is it true that shaving the armpits is a Muslim tradition?

Muslims are supposed to keep trim their armpits and pubic hair, but to leave the chest hair alone and have some kind of beard. I do not know if this is practiced, and given the hirsute nature of some Middle Eastern populations, whether it makes a big difference.

I know a couple of Greek guys that shave there legs and chests

I know LOTS of different nations guys that shave/wax there chests.

I prefer a guy to preen his "areas" no need for it to get all amazon. I also detest underarm hair, either keep it trimmed or shave it...

I checked everything except legs. I think it would be weird for a guy to totally shave body parts (face excluded of course), but it is nice when they keep it all trimmed. Back hair I can live without, of course- lasers!
