Finland.

Also some finns who take the ferry to Stockholm in order to buy snus, and while they wait for the ferry to go back they go into souvernire shops and buy dala horses
I am surprised at this, snus is so freely available here that for a minor, it's easier to get snus than alcohol or other tobacco products. I thought that it's also quite popular in Finland, but looks like that it's not popular enough for a "black market" to emerge.

It's very popular here. Instead of a trip to Stockholm to get snus, most Estonians just call a friend who sells snus.

I imagine Chile would be right up there since your country share a 5000+ km long border.

Contrast to Sweden.

Current biggest tourist groups:

1. United Kingdom
2. Germany
3. Spain
4. Italy
5. Poland
6. France
7. Netherlands
8. Denmark
9. Greece
10. Norway

I'm surprised Americans aren't on the list, they are common here during the summers.

Poor sweden.. so close to britain.. so far from god
