Canada definitely, Australia can be pretty racist towards blacks, ditto south africa.
America in the other hand is pretty much race obsessed but not as racist as some people might like to believe(excluding some areas). The case of European nations is different, some countries might seem tolerant(north and west europe) against immigrants, but those immigrants will be never seen as native, they will always remain as being foreign in some way, not matter how they look like.

Not really dude, I would know I live here. No one here really gives two fucks about race/ethnicity. If people did I wouldn't be on this site.

Brazil is the country of hypocrisy. Few people are openly racists here, but if you are Black and poor you will receive a different treatment in day-life. For example, if a Black person goes to a shop, they will probably be ignored by the waitress or chased there. Or if a Black person goes to a fancy restaurant, they will be confused with a body-guard or a driver, never as a client.

A Black woman walking in a wealthy neighborhood will always be a maid.

In Brazilian mentality, Blacks are always poor and in a society where money worth a lot, they will always treat will as a second-class citizen.

And most Brazilians laught at gays, or many are attacked on the streets (many recent cases of attacks against gays in Paulista Avenue, the financial heart of Brazil in São Paulo).

Definitely Sweden. The people is passively going along with everything while the politicians and journalists deny that there are any negative sides to multiculturalism at all.
