Default Congratz Russia and Qatar!
Even though I'm pretty pissed off that the US didn't get the 2022 world cup, we've hosted it before and Soccer isn't really a major sport here.

Congratz guys, hopefully we (USA) qualify and see you in 2018 and 2022

USA 2026!

I'm glad that Qatar won, they were one of the few bidding for that particular WC that hadn't hosted it before. As for Russia, I would have preferred England or Iberia, really, but neither got it. I can see the media, as usual, already lining up to find something to blame - the Panorama programme and the violence in Birmingham last night will be at the top of their list.

I'm glad we didn't get to host it. But the people in Qatar must be happy because now their football-team qualified for once.

Good for them. Though Iberia deserves a FIFA WC in the future too.

They're very welcome, it's a pity we're saddled with the 2012 Olympics.

What'd he do, suicide headbutt the competition? What a (Muslim) piece of garbage.

The Azzurri will qualify for both of these competitions. The question is if they will be redeemed from their disgusting 2010 by then.

it has nothing to do with islam; It's all about money.

Of course they will, wherever it takes place, it's a westeuro-southamerican sport.

- Full video of Russia's 2018 FIFA World Cup bid presentation in Zurich

A fair warning: it's kinda lame(and long,I only watched half and skipped-view the rest),but there is still a lot of time until the russian WC so they will probably improve on their promoting.

Probably not.
True story. The better Italian footballers are retiring and by that time, God only knows who will be on the squad. Serie A's best names are mostly foreign, sadly.
